SHWPRO is run by working professionals in the television and broadcast industry. Our day jobs involve frequent travel, on-location shoots, and unpredictable schedules—just like many of our customers.

Because of this, order processing and shipping may occasionally be delayed by a few days while we’re on the road. Rest assured: your order is never forgotten or ignored. We personally track every package and ship as soon as we’re back at the bench. Most orders still go out within 1–3 business days; in rare cases it may take up to 5–7 days.
